This Game Statement is provided by Ocular Point Inc. (collectively referred to herein as "the team", "we", "our" or "us").

Restricted Territories

• USA: Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and any parish in Louisiana where a majority of eligible voters voted against authorizing fantasy sports contests.

• All other permitted U.S. jurisdictions may access the game, subject to applicable law.

We use Apple or Android location systems to determine if a player can play the game based on the GPS service of the player's mobile device.

However, we cannot guarantee that all users will be accurately identified. You must ensure that you fully comply with all applicable state laws when you use our games or services.
